My Approach to Helping

I work with creative professionals who want to become less anxious and more emotionally regulated. Being a creative in LA while struggling with depression, anxiety, and perfectionism can quickly lead to burnout, this makes building a successful career really challenging. Many of my clients come to me because they are feeling stuck in their careers or overwhelmed with the projects and opportunities in front of them.

I’ve seen it possible for creatives just like you, whether you are a filmmaker, writer, or editor, to have huge success and stability in your life through therapy. I deeply believe in artistic professionals and endeavors. In my sessions; we often end up talking about filmmaking, movies, and how these things speak to people. It’s a privilege as a therapist to be able to work with creative professionals and help them create more beauty in the world.

To get started, your next step is to schedule a 20-minute Zoom consultation. You don’t have to stay stuck feeling stressed or keep overworking yourself into burnout. I can help guide you as you become more emotionally stable to create the relationships and career that you truly want. Schedule a consultation to get started.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

I believe that therapy is an impactful relationship between client and therapist. I hope to establish a close and trustworthy relationship with you, providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment in which to explore challenging emotions and experiences.

I approach my work with the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are largely influenced by unconscious thoughts and early childhood experiences. Our goal is to bring these unconscious conflicts and behavior patterns into the therapeutic space and work through them to create long-lasting change.

I hope to support you in becoming more self-aware and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves, leading to greater emotional growth and improved relationships.
