I run a private practice called Self emBody Therapy and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Diego, CA with experience helping clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, disordered eating, poor body image, and trauma. I am passionate about helping clients find peace with anxiety reduction, mindfulness, releasing trauma or making peace with food and their bodies. My services include: Eating Disorder Therapy, Anxiety Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Depression Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Teen Counseling, CBT Therapy and more.

Many people consider asking for help to be a weakness. I, on the other hand, see it as a strength. Being vulnerable shows that you are actually NOT afraid to show up as your authentic self and improve in areas that you may need help with.
