More Info About My Practice

My office is in Orange, CA. Currently, my rate is $130 per session. Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time, but I am happy to provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I specialize in helping couples who are dealing with communication issues, infidelity, or phase of life problems as well as those who are seeking premarital counseling. It is wonderful to watch couples repair badly damaged relationships and go on with happy, fulfilled marriages. During couples counseling, I use a variety of techniques pioneered by John Gottman and Milan and Kay Yerkovich, and I am also a certified facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich Program. Used for both married couples and premarital counseling, this program offers a state-of-the-art assessment tool to help pinpoint problematic areas in a relationship that need to be dealt with.

My Role as a Therapist

As your therapist, my job is to provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental space to process what you're going through. My role is not to give advice, but to help you consider areas of your life that you may want to consider changing to improve the quality of your relationships. While I don't "tell you what to do", I do provide techniques and tools that will help you change those areas. I work with you to decide what differences you'd like to make and then help you achieve those goals.
