I am a compassionate clinician who will not give up on you. My knowledge is vast in the profession, and I use a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on each client’s situation to best meet their needs. My belief is that the role of a counselor is not to change clients and solve their problems, rather to facilitate change through a process that involves genuine, respectful, trusting, and collaborative relationships with the clients. Further, my belief is that despite limitations, clients have the capacity to choose what they do with limitations and abilities.

I obtained her master’s degree in counseling in 2012 and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2009. Both degrees were obtained at Boise State University. I am an experienced mental health counselor with many years in private practice. I have helped many clients work through various mental health related struggles with great success rate. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and worked primarily with adults and adolescence with various mental health and life issues
