My Approach to Helping
Are you experiencing difficulties in daily life due to anxiety, negative thoughts, personal relationships, body image, recent trauma, or historical trauma? These are all issues that can make each day a struggle. You have been courageously coping with your situation and now you are bravely reaching out for assistance. There is hope for change and this is the first step in creating something different in your life. Trauma is a primary focus in my practice, as trauma can influence all of our experiences; often creating reactions instead of allowing us to feel that we are making choices.
My primary form of treatment is EMDR, which is helpful in addressing a variety of primary concerns. Let's create change, together. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, unique to each person and should be treated as such.
