My Approach to Helping
I have helped individuals adjust to major life changes such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, adjusting to chronic illness, past trauma, burnout, and other issues individuals experience through life-span. I have hands-on experience with LGBTQ+, relationship issues, and daily stress experiences.
I speak Spanish and use a mix of strategies to fit your unique worldview, from reshaping thinking to make conscientious choices that align with your goals and values to help with plans and to reach goals. I use Client-Center Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reminiscence Therapy, Choice-Based Therapy with my clients, and other techniques.
