I work Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and have after-hours on Monday and Wednesday until 8:00 PM. I offer a free 30-minute phone initial consult to ensure I am the best therapist for your needs.

Transitions are an area that I specialize. When you are moving from one way of being, a specific place in a relationship, a new career endeavor or any change that takes you into new situations or onto new ground, your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical worlds change. An obvious by-product of that journey is working on self-empowerment and self-worth. I have been a transitions coach for seven years prior to entering the more in-depth field of psychotherapy. I have successfully walked that journey with hundreds of courageous people over the years. I embrace transitions and share that confidence and experience with you during your transition.
