My Approach to Helping
Sandy works to quickly identify the problem and apply an appropriate solution to assist you in moving forward toward a happy and satisfied life. She uses EMDR as appropriate to resolve past disturbing events and current emotional triggers. She applies the therapeutic techniques best suited for your particular problem. She gives you tools to use for a lifetime. Other therapies in her tool box include: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Positive Psychology, DNMS therapy (an ego state therapy that heals wounding messages delivered in early developmental years); and ImTT a newer, gentler therapy for resolving past disturbing events.
