My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals who struggle with symptoms of anxiety and depression. I have experience with individuals who have experienced one or multiple traumas throughout their lives. By using a mix of CBT, DBT, and trauma focused therapy, I am able to help individuals identify their thoughts, and feelings, as well as coping mechanisims they can implement to manage intense emotions. I feel mental health is just as important as physical health, and I empower those I work with to be able to advocate for themselves and what they need to be their best self.
