My Approach to Helping
I am a therapist who will work in partnership with you to help find the balance, contentedness, and fulfillment in life you deserve. I utilize a collaborative, empathetic approach while not shying away from occasionally challenging you in a way that respects you as an individual. You may currently be feeling lost or overwhelmed by the current state of the world and your place in it. Or you may not know why you are feeling the way you are. This is absolutely normal and as a team, we can find ways to uncover and resolve these feelings.

I offer therapy to individuals adults and teenagers. I have over 8 years working in higher education, working with people dealing with depression, ADHD, career and life struggles, family conflicts, grief, focus issues, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, and health issues. I have a background in crisis interventions and school social work.
