What's My Approach to Therapy?

My Practice & Services
Using various trauma-informed techniques (options including EMDR, somatic-based approaches, hypnotherapy, expressive arts, cognitive re-scripting and IFS), you will learn to shift internal emotions and thoughts effected by your past experience and by trauma. Sessions include careful listening, thoughtful insight, and pattern change work so lasting changes can happen. Life will likely feel happier and lighter.
