My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping people is to begin by treating each person, with whom I work, with dignity and respect. I believe myself to be a warm, engaging and compassionate person who is easy to identify with and talk to. I make every effort to establish a sincere relationship within the boundaries and context of the therapy. I believe that every individual is unique and I accept their thoughts, feelings and experiences, as such. I employ a variety of therapeutic perspectives and techniques to work collaboratively with my clients to identify their needs and goals, and to construct a therapeutic experience specific to them as an individual.
