What's My Approach to Therapy?
About me
My approach is flexible, nonjudgmental, and focused on creating a safe, supportive space for self-discovery. I specialize in guiding individuals and families through life transitions, such as changes in relationships, work, health, and aging. I have also taught healthcare professionals how to communicate effectively and build stronger partnerships with those they serve. Most of all, I continue to learn from my clients every day and feel honored to be part of their journeys.

My approach is client-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed. While my training and experience matter, I believe the most important part of therapy is the fit between us. Drawing on more than 40 years of practice and a variety of treatment methods, I follow your lead as we work toward your goals. As therapy unfolds, we can adjust our focus to explore new areas of growth that feel meaningful to you.
