What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I provide therapeutic services to clients through a clinical lens of strength, resilience, and empowerment. My goal is to help clients examine who they want to be, navigate the path toward that vision, and process the experiences that have shaped them. I center on each client’s needs, creating a space that fosters insight and practical tools so that clients feel more grounded, clear, and aligned with their values. I will meet you with enthusiasm, compassion, empathy, and humor.
I provide individual, virtual therapy in New York State and Massachusetts. I see clients Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
My Practice & Services
Education, Training, and Values:
I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. Throughout graduate school training and my career, I have provided mental health services to adolescents and adults facing a wide range of challenges—from academic stress and anxiety to complex trauma. I have also completed advanced certificate trainings in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotional freedom technique (tapping), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed therapy, and interpersonal therapy. In my practice, I have a deep respect for my clients' diverse culture, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender expression, and physical ability.
Who I Am Outside The Office:
I am a native New Yorker, born and raised. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (Go Blue) and, after graduating, lived and worked in Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and then returned to New York City. I relocated to Boston in 2019 and have been living there since. I cherish the slower pace and the community I have in Boston. In my free time, you can usually find me sipping an overpriced matcha latte, taking walks around my neighborhood, binge-watching fictional crime shows, and at the playground with my toddler. I recently decided to teach myself how to bake, and I am finding it much more challenging than I expected.
