My Approach to Helping
I believe in treating the whole person and helping people get their lives on track with less stress and anxiety from the stressful world we live in. I am a strong believer in boundaries and creating healthier boundaries in each of our relationships. I also like to establish goals for therapy and help my clients work toward the reaching their dreams and aspirations in early, middle and later stages of life.
