I have been working as a mental health professional for over a decade. My professional journey includes working with Health Canada, government organizations, and insurance companies.
I have gone through my share of challenges in life.
Around age 22, I realized that living with a victim mindset and wishful thinking would not take me anywhere.
I took charge of my life in my own hands and invested in myself.
With me, you can work on taking out the roots of trauma from the conscious and subconscious mind using science-based techniques such as EMDR. My approach amalgamates Human Psychology, Neuroscience, Mindfulness, and evidence-proven techniques.

For over a decade, I’ve been providing trauma counselling to people who have struggled due to painful experiences.
