My Approach to Helping

I have gone through those same feelings and I can help you through your process as well. My approach to helping people is to be a listening ear to each client that I spend time with. I will patiently listen to your story and walk with you as you navigate through your journey of healing.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to help you with the difficulties you are facing in your life. My role is to listen and support you, and even challenge your thinking in order to help you get to a better place emotionally and mentally. I have worked with children, families, and individuals for over 15 years in various capacities including social and mental health services as well as the public school system.
