As far as anyone can tell you have it all together, but you feel like you’re crumbling on the inside. You feel competent and secure in many areas of your life but your relationships just never seem to work out and you find that you constantly compare yourself to others. You’ve developed a dialogue in your head that you’re not good enough and that things are destined to be this way forever. But not anymore, a change is long overdue.
You’re ready to feel confident and secure in your relationships and you want to learn how to silence that inner critic that has been plaguing you for so long. I believe everyone deserves to tell their story and I believe the path to healing is understanding the root of the pain. I\\\'m ready to help you get there.
I approach my work with warmth, compassion, and authenticity and truly believe that building a strong connection with your therapist is one of the first steps to making positive change. I move at your pace and take the time you need to build trust and feel safe.
My work is integrative in that I don\\\'t believe in \\\"one size fits all\\\" for therapy. I pull from various modalities of therapy but most importantly want to meet you where you\\\'re at. I am deeply interested in how patterns form and love to support people in untangling themselves from behaviors that no longer serve them.
