My Approach to Helping
Rebecca Lech is a Licensed Resident in Counseling with 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping people of all ages become their own advocates and creating an atmosphere of hope. Rebecca’s goal is for each person to achieve their goals and work to gain a sense of peace within themselves. She is prepared and equipped to handle unique and personal challenges that are present in each person's life. Rebecca specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life adjustments, and helping parents gain effective skills. Becky completed her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. She has experience working with a variety of people and is able to work with people where they are currently. Her professional experience and training allow Becky to encourage and support her clients in whatever they may bring to the session. Becky uses a variety of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness. As we go through life, we all experience some hard times and are in need of some extra support.
