My Approach to Helping

Alcohol and Drug Addiction Treatment can save your or a loved one’s life. People often hesitate to pursue life saving addiction treatment services because they are worried about the stigma attached to substance use and mental health disorders. In my 30 years of experience in the addiction treatment industry, including my tenure as Medical Director at Mountainside treatment center, I have aided over 10,000 people in their journey for sobriety. I currently oversee Mountainside’s Detox program, where clients can heal during the vulnerable early stages of recovery with the support of our dedicated medical team.

I am a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and completed my residency training at the Institute of Living in Hartford. I am board-certified in both Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individual psychotherapy services to ensure clients’ comfort and safety.

Everyone deserves a compassionate psychiatrist. As we reverse the impact of use on the mind and body, we will work together to create an environment that is comfortable and collaborative. We will develop an individualized treatment plan that prioritizes your health and wellness to meet you where you are in your journey. I look forward to hearing from you!
