A Message From The Founder At Unwind Psychotherapy.
“Despite all the chaos and ruckus happening in your life. I’m here to support and unwind with you. It is my honour to sit in the passenger seat while you take control of your life in the driver’s seat and take me through your world. Life can be complicated since we were not born with a manual, however it is too precious not to give up on. Hence why I named this practice unwind. It is okay to feel down. I can empower you to find the right answers you need by working with you collaboratively aligning your values and morals through a culturally sensitive approach. It takes a lot of courage to begin this journey and I am proud of you for taking the first step. Now fasten your seat belt, and let’s go for a drive. Together, we can work to identify and set new goals, track your progress, explore and understand the root causes, and learn new skills that can help you navigate a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. I believe therapy is all about you. Please do not hesitate to contact the clinic or email me to book your next session in person or virtually. I’m looking forward to meeting you to work towards your goals!” – R. Mangalaruban, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
