What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
From a teen I knew I wanted to become a Psychotherapist, but never quite knew how I'd pull it all together. Inside me I had a burning desire to run my own business, and to work with individuals to help them overcome obstacles and barriers that were getting in their way of helping them live a beautiful life.
Over the years I've worked through my own social anxiety, so I know what it's like. On a daily basis I am a "product of the product", meaning I apply the skills, tools, and techniques I "teach" my clients, to my own life.
Being able to work with clients from all walks of life, and watch them feel great about the progress they are making is the most rewarding feeling as an individual, and therapist.
I am proud to have grown Real Life Counselling across Canada in British Columbia and Ontario. Services offered across Canada by phone and video.
