I specialize in supporting the BIPOC community and individuals with histories of trauma, depression, and anxiety. I support adults and young professionals work through emotional challenges. My mission is to not only support you on your journey but provide you with a nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself freely. I strongly believe that no one should experience pain alone and that we all need support as we navigate life and the process of healing. I work collaboratively with clients to embrace their purpose, unique strengths, and find their inner voice. I provide psychodynamic therapy and I am well-versed in various therapeutic modalities such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, Inner-Child Work, and Internal family systems. My approach to therapy is strength-based, culturally inclusive, and trauma-focused. I believe in collaborative, transparent, anti-racist and anti-oppressive care.
