I support young professionals break the cycle of disconnection, exhaustion, and loneliness while connecting to their authentic self. I specialize in supporting the BIPOC community and individuals with histories of trauma, depression, and anxiety. I support adults and young professionals work through emotional challenges. My mission is to not only support you on your journey but provide you with a nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself freely. I strongly believe that no one should experience pain alone and that we all need support as we navigate life and the process of healing. I work collaboratively with clients to embrace their purpose, unique strengths, and find their inner voice. I provide psychodynamic therapy and I am well-versed in various therapeutic modalities such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, Inner-Child Work, and Internal family systems. My approach to therapy is strength-based, culturally inclusive, and trauma-focused. I believe in collaborative, transparent, anti-racist and anti-oppressive care.

While I have studied the benefits of Therapy, I have also been to therapy and believe in it wholeheartedly. I believe that my strength as a therapist is that I understand what it feels like to sit in your seat.
