My Approach to Helping
Are you going through a hard time? Do you find yourself struggling to connect with others and find meaning in life? I support young professionals with depression and anxiety work through emotional challenges to uncover their authentic self and find meaning in their life. I specialize in supporting individuals who feel they have lost their sense of self and hope; particularly those confronting trauma, relationship, or professional challenges.
My mission is to not only support you on your journey but provide you with a nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself freely. I strongly believe that no one should experience pain in isolation and that we all need support as we navigate life and the process of healing. I work collaboratively with clients to embrace their purpose, unique strengths, and find their inner voice. I use a variety of modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy and narrative therapy.
