My Approach to Helping
Therapy is a safe space. When we meet we will discuss what your goals and hopes are for yourself. It is not a one size fits all approach. You are in control of your process and the way I look at it, I have the honor of being along side you for the journey. We can work through whatever is making you feel less than optimal in your life. That can include issues that are deeply rooted, or are more current. The approach I take is one that includes you every step of the way. Regardless of how you feel at present, you know, deep inside what your needs are and how to get them met. The therapeutic relationship is one that, over time allows you to reconnect with self, regardless of how much may have gotten in the way. Whether you have had trauma, addiction, issues with gender or sexuality, anxiety or depression or anything that has worked against living a present centered, fulfilled life, therapy can be extremely useful in finding your way back or forging a new path.
