Start here, in this space, where you can just breathe. Curiosity and willingness to explore can be key to creating a meaningful and present life. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented. Strengths-based, working to integrate the spheres of wellness in balance and coherence.
This is a space to address whatever you might need in the moment and to process what may come up in life changes and challenges. This space supports skill building and implementation of a self-compassionate lens.
I have been practicing for about nine years in a variety of settings such as community mental health, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and individual settings. I draw from many evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT and other mindfulness-based practices.
