I’m proud to live at the intersection of queer, transgender, Filipinx, and polyamorous experiences. As your therapist, I build on our overlapping or shared experiences as much as I welcome people from all walks of life. I facilitate a space for LGBTQ+, gender-expansive, neurodivergent, and consensually non-monogamous folks exploring their identities, emotion management, difficulties in interpersonal dynamics, and being an agent of change. I am excited to work with people of all genders, gender expressions, and sexual orientations. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and somatic perspectives to offer interventions that lead to insights and improve quality of life with a deepened connection to your senses.
