My Approach to Helping

In therapy I offer you a safe, confidential space to talk about anything that may be difficult and painful. I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I work with individuals who are struggling with a range of issues, juggling multiple stressors in their lives, related to family, work and relationship pressures. I help individuals to connect to their feelings, work through stress and worry, and build greater self compassion, self confidence and joy in their lives.
I will work with you to identify and work towards your short term and long term goals. I will listen intently, offer guidance and support you in your journey.
