My Approach to Helping
Many times I have heard people say, “I want to be happier” or “I want to feel better”, but they are not sure what this looks like, what it feels like, or what it even means. They have been struggling with anxiety, sadness, stress, or other negative emotions and experiences for so long, they feel like they have lost touch with what it means to be happy. If you feel like you can relate to these statements in some way, you may be feeling stuck or hopeless about a better future. I want you to know that the way you are feeling is not permanent, and it is okay to ask for help. I am here to support you and make you feel heard.
