My Approach to Helping
I believe we have been created as emotional beings. I also believe that our emotions are designed to help us, when properly understood. Much like the gas light in a car serves as a warning sign when we need to refuel, our emotions serve as a warning sign when our soul needs attention. My role as a therapist is to help you identify your emotions and discover the gifts they are trying to bring you. Therefore, I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative effort, in which together we will work to bring about the relief your emotions cry out for.
