My Approach to Helping

*Accepting new clients!* I am a couple and family therapist in the Denver area who is committed to helping you heal your most important relationships: the one you have with yourself, your partner, and your loved ones.

I believe in the power of sharing your story. One of the most healing things we can do is simply tell someone else what we are going through and what we have been through in the past. I will listen to your story with an open heart and mind, and I want you to know that therapy with me is always a no-judgment zone.

During our time together, I will help you gain a deeper sense of self-awareness, and an understanding of the patterns in your life that are keeping you stuck. We will untangle these unhealthy patterns and discover new ways of relating, so you feel more peaceful, connected, and fulfilled in your life and relationships.

Ultimately, my role as your therapist is this: to hold up a mirror for you, to challenge you in ways that others in your life won’t, and to compassionately support you in forging your own unique path. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
