Hi, my name is Blake Bernlohr and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Addictions Counselor. I provide Comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, focusing on mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.
