My office is the place where you can speak freely, be heard, and be supported for your needs; you won't have to take care of anyone but yourself.
As a career woman and a military spouse, I know what it is like to balance the demands of Uncle Sam, everyone else, and forgetting yourself. I have had to learn how to prioritize myself, and this is what motivates me to help others balance their needs and all of life's demands.
