My Approach to Helping
What’s getting in the way of living the life you want? Do you feel stuck and increasingly unsure if any real change can happen? I can best describe my style as empathic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I especially enjoy working with relationship issues, work and family life balance, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, and codependency.
