My Approach to Helping
Nancy Capel has been working as an LCSW for the last 31 yrs. She has been fortunate to have worked with patients of all diagnoses, including comorbid substance abuse/mental health conditions. Nancy has expertise in working with patients who have mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, grief, LGBTQIA+ issues, bipolar disorders, relationship issues, and job issues. Nancy Capel received her MSW from Marywood University in Pennsylvania. Nancy grew up as a child of a military father and traveled extensively. Nancy has 2 grown sons and is divorced and remarried, which enables her to help her patients who are trying to cope with the change and challenges of life. Since all humans struggle from time to time, Nancy has spent her life trying to help anyone who is motivated to learn, heal and grow.
