My Approach to Helping
When something happens in your life that makes it hard for you to bounce back, when your life or relationships aren't what you'd like them to be, or when your life seems out of balance, counseling can help. My approach to counseling involves exploring with clients what works in their lives, what contributes to their challenges, and how they can move toward achieving their goals. I work with adult individuals of all ages, from young adults to mid-life clients, baby boomers, and seniors. I welcome the opportunity to work with you on your path to creating and living the life you seek.

I currently offer in-person appointments Tuesday through Friday in Fort Worth and Keller. Safe social distancing is easily maintained during face-to-face sessions. For non-insurance clients and insurance co-pays, I accept cash, check, and Zelle payments.
