My Approach to Helping
When something happens in your life that makes it hard for you to bounce back, or when your life or relationships aren't what you'd like them to be, counseling can help. My approach to counseling involves exploring with clients what works in their lives, what contributes to their challenges, and how they can move toward achieving their goals. I work with adult individuals of all ages, from young adults to mid-life clients, baby boomers, and seniors. I welcome the opportunity to work with you on your path to creating the life you choose.
More Info About My Practice
I currently offer in-person and telehealth appointments in Fort Worth and Keller. Safe social distancing is easily maintained during face-to-face sessions. For non-insurance clients and insurance co-pays, I accept cash, check, and Zelle payments. I accept Zelle payments for telehealth sessions.
