My Approach to Helping

Most people who reach out to me have already been through a lot. They aren't new to reflecting on things, they just want someone who actually gets it. Someone who won't turn away when things get intense, confusing, or hard to put into words. That's how I work. I meet you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a set of goals. Our sessions won't be about fixing you—they'll be about making space for you to show up fully, without having to filter or explain every part of who you are unnecessarily. I'm warm, direct, and a little bit unexpected. I don't pretend to have all the answers, but I do know how to hold space for hard things and still find moments of softness and humor along the way. We'll figure it out together. In your time. In your way. Not just working through what hurts, but also building something steadier underneath it all.
