My Approach to Helping

Sometimes we need someone to walk with us through the hardships of life where anxiety, fear, anger, etc. have taken root and made their home. We need a place to vent and figure out how to re-train our brain- where anxiety, past traumas, etc. do not lead us anymore, but healthy thoughts, healthy ways of life, and building healthy behaviors do. Life is about growth and change, and about learning how to put away some pieces where they do not have a hold on us like they once have.

I work with a variety of individualscouples facing many different challenges. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for people to open up about their struggles, pain, and to celebrate their triumphs as they work through things they need to sort out.
