My Approach to Helping
Everything was fine until it wasn’t. Your heart is beating fast and you’re living with constant fear. Isolation and social distance are not something you are used to. Schools and workplaces are closed, and your child is taking all of your attention with questions and fears of their own. It’s hard to get out of bed, get work done, and speak with people. The worries surrounding getting sick are becoming more extreme for you and your family. The news is bombarding you with more information about Covid-19 and how to protect yourself. These fears and worries won’t shut off when you want them to.
