My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about working with teenagers, their families and adults.
From school stress with testing to peer pressure and behavioral concerns, I have helped my adolescent clients feel more confident and self-aware.

When it comes to adults, I am able to support you through your parenting, work, dating or relationship stress.

My focus is on helping you and your loved ones in a nurturing and supportive environment while healing old wounds and helping you create the healthy life you desire.

My Master’s Degree from Columbia University gave me training in family therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy modalities.

More Info About My Practice

Before I recently moved back home to South Florida, I spent the past 5 years working with school age children and their families in New York City.

My most significant experiences have been working with trauma, anxiety, depression and recovering from abusive relationships.

If you are looking for a therapist who works in a practice that focuses on the holistic approach to mind-body wellness, please reach out to me so we can start solving your concerns.
