Lying awake at night, you wonder if you’ll ever be able to fall asleep again. Rethinking your day and overanalyzing every detail is exhausting, yet you can’t seem to put it to bed. Every day things get harder, while you keep putting that smile on, pretending you’re okay. Deep down, you feel like you’re falling apart.
