My Approach to Helping
Being able to enjoy coming to therapy is a key piece to getting the most out of treatment. I strive to create an environment that is welcoming, open and accepting. I have extensive training in various evidenced-based mental health practices and am able to provide my clients with a combination of effective therapeutic techniques and a relaxed relatable atmosphere where you can laugh and unload. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being you.
In order to help you achieve your goals, I believe it is important for us to work collaboratively. We set goals for your therapy together at the first session and make sure we frequently checking in so that therapy is always being tailored to your personal goals and needs.
Right now most of my sessions are done online. Telehealth offers the benefit of being able to connect anywhere with secure and convenient appointments. My in-person availability is currently full but there is always a chance one can open up in the future.
