My Approach to Helping

Hi! Are you looking for a warm, down-to earth, therapeutic space to gain support for your challenging pregnancy or parenting experiences? Are you feeling exhausted, irritable, or burned out from all the responsibilities you carry as a parent or caregiver, whether at home or in your career? Individual therapy sessions can provide a designated time during your week to talk openly about your thoughts and feelings in a validating, non-judgmental environment where you can receive emotional support as well as strategies to help you cope. I sincerely look forward to having an opportunity to support you in your therapy goals and help you connect with what is important to you.

More Info About My Practice

-Teletherapy services are offered via SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant, video-conference platform.
-The intake assessment process typically takes between one to two visits (each lasting 50-60 minutes).
-Follow-up sessions typically last 50 minutes.
-We may meet weekly in the beginning of therapy and reduce how often we meet over time as you progress in treatment. Each client has a right to decide how long they would like to participate in mental health care. I will collaborate with you throughout your treatment to determine how many sessions you may need to receive the greatest benefit based on your presenting clinical concerns.

My therapy practice focuses on supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the early parenting years who are experiencing increased stress, depression, anxiety, panic, and relationship challenges.
