My Approach to Helping

You might look like you have it all together on the outside, but inside, you feel exhausted from holding so much. Maybe you’re the one people turn to. The one who keeps it all running. And yet, despite how much you’ve achieved or how insightful you are, you still feel stuck in old patterns you can’t think your way out of.

If that’s where you are, I want you to know: you don’t have to keep doing this alone.

I offer therapy that goes deeper than just talking. I help people process the unresolved trauma, grief, anxiety, or relational wounds that keep them feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or self-critical, no matter how much they “know better.”

My approach is warm, collaborative, and attuned to the pace that feels right for you. I use EMDR therapy to help you safely reprocess the experiences that shaped your core beliefs and survival strategies. EMDR can be incredibly effective, even online—many of my clients appreciate the comfort and privacy of doing this work from their own space.

In addition to EMDR, I bring in parts work, somatic approaches, and hypnosis or mindfulness-based tools to help you reconnect with the parts of you that are carrying pain or ways of protecting you that are no longer serving you. This work is deep—but it's also deeply human.

You don’t have to work on everything all at once. Together, we’ll create a space where it feels safe to slow down, explore what’s been keeping you stuck, and move toward the kind of healing that’s rooted, not just in insight, but in real change.

More Info About My Practice

Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™
For clients ready to explore deeper healing modalities, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™ in collaboration with licensed medical providers. This integrative method combines the depth of EMDR with the expanded awareness that ketamine can provide, facilitating powerful insights and emotional release.

Consultation for EMDR Therapists
In addition to my clinical work, I’m an EMDRIA-approved consultant and offer consultation to other EMDR therapists seeking certification or wanting to deepen their trauma-informed practice. My consultation style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real-world clinical application. I particularly enjoy working with therapists who are integrating EMDR with parts work, somatic approaches, or working with complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment injuries.
