We all experience circumstances in our lives that cause us to build walls to protect ourselves. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and help you bring down those walls, one brick at a time. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use struggles, eating struggles, or just need someone to talk to; I would be honored to be part of your journey into being your most authentic self.
