My Approach to Helping
My goal is to help you become more self-aware and develop better self-care tools, drawing from an eclectic base of skills and techniques. I view struggles from a holistic approach encompassing mind, body, and spirit. With the combination of my 29 years of professional experience, education, and life experiences, we can look at issues with which you struggle within a safe and comfortable environment. My practice focuses on mood diagnoses, trauma, and resulting posttraumatic stress (PTSD), as well as a history of abuse, Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA), co-dependency, and loss issues, including pet loss. I look forward to accompanying you down your road of healing.
