My Approach to Helping
Feeling stuck? Trying to get back the focus, direction, and passion in life? In an environment free of judgment and rich in support, I believe it is important to utilize my client’s strengths to help empower the change process. By identifying values and specific goals, together we create a path to lead us in the desired direction. With my background in the education field, I have seen how children, as well as, adults struggle with the routine of the day when there is something heavy on their mind. I strive to help my clients identify how to remove this heaviness, and lead the life they have been wanting.
