My Approach to Helping

Marion Creighton is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of professional experience working with children, teens, adults, and seniors who are struggling with the effects of difficult life transitions, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, chronic stress, family issues, relationship dysfunction, women’s issues, academic- or athletic-related issues, and much more. Marion earned her Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish. She then completed her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2001. In sessions, Marion implements a cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach, while drawing from family systems (FST), reality therapy, exposure response prevention, and more. Marion's goal is to help you make life changes and to teach you to positively function. This can be done with many different techniques and coping strategies.
