I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage
My approach to counseling is first to honor and respect each person, and provide competent & compassionate care. I practice from a uniquely Integrative Model: I combine medical & psychological & spiritual knowledge & over 25 years of experience to assist others to find relief, healing, understanding & awareness.
I seek to help people learn to understand how their biology & brain sync to affect their thought patterns & emotions. I seek to help persons desiring relief from emotional distress learn new skills of emotion regulation & distress tolerance. I also help couples to restore their relationships from the trauma of infidelity affairs,etc. I also have many years of experience successfully working with adolescents and children over 5 years old with many complex and varying issues. I specialize in testing and therapy for those with High Functioning Autism Level 1.
I work easily & competently with all ages, although I work well with children, adolescents, married couples , women & health related depression and pain management issues. I am Board certified in Christian Counseling if clients prefer a faith -based perspective.
