I work with individuals who are seeking clarity, growth, and empowerment—whether they’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or life transitions. My focus is on supporting those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we uncover inner strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward a greater sense of balance, self-acceptance, and purpose. I’m committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based support every step of the way. My approach is warm, curious, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique story. I strive to foster a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment where people can gain insight into their emotions, behaviors, and patterns—and feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
