My focus is on supporting those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we uncover inner strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward a greater sense of balance, self-acceptance, and purpose. I’m committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based support every step of the way. My approach is warm, curious, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique story.
