My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling stressed, lost, numb, anxious, or overwhelmed? Do you feel like you’re at a crossroads in your life and you don’t know which way to turn? My mission as a therapist is to help you through whatever life challenges have been thrown your way. While I don’t have a magic wand, I’ll provide you with the tools you need to help overcome or cope with past experiences and produce internal growth. I have over 10+ years of working with a diverse population including adolescents, adults, and families.
Together we can develop coping skills while gaining insight into yourself and relationships with others. My goal is to help you move towards having more better days by limiting the beliefs and behaviors that have kept you stuck. While we cannot change the past, we can work together to resolve challenges in your life.
