You are so done with having to drag yourself out of bed, drinking 10 cups of coffee just to feel something, & giving self inflicted pep talks that don't friggin' work! Maybe your friends & family don't even notice the struggle and they think you're doing GREAT! Maybe your friends & family don't even notice & they think you're doing GREAT! In reality it’s a struggle to keep it together & somehow you're managing to save face.

If you’ve made it here, you’re ready to work through what’s bothering you so that life can feel less painful. Whether you’re going through trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues you’re in the right place. When we experience hurts in the past or even now, we can get stuck. Unfortunately, that can mean our mood goes up & down all too often too.
In sessions we’ll use fancy techniques like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), & more to take down the intensity of what you’ve been feeling so you can experience yourself as more grounded. And we'll use some dark, sarcastic humor too. Yes, laughter & therapy can go together.
