My Approach to Helping

We can work through this together. If you’re feeling exhausted, fearful, and disconnected, and your current way of living feels misaligned, my therapeutic approach can offer the guidance you need. Much of our suffering stems from deeply embedded, uncontrollable negative thoughts about ourselves and the world, ingrained as we grew up. Often, we remain unaware of what keeps us trapped, making it difficult to find a way out of the rut.

I've had the privilege of assisting countless individuals whose lives felt unsustainable and unfulfilling, helping them uncover their truest, most vibrant selves. This journey is not about making minor tweaks; it's about profound transformation. The life you desire is closer than you think, but the path to it isn’t always clear when traveled alone.

Together, we will embark on a journey using evidence-based techniques, infused with the wisdom of philosophy, the serenity of Buddhism, the resilience of Stoicism, the presence of Mindfulness, and the insights of the mind-body connection through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This isn’t just about self-improvement; it’s a deep awakening, freeing you from the negative thoughts and emotions that have held you back.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychotherapy can help individuals understand and manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to improve their mental well-being. It can be used to address a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, negative thoughts, and relationship problems. My therapeutic approach is unique, drawing on the wisdom of both Eastern and Western philosophy, blending the power of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and ancient stoic practices to help individuals understand and transcend the difficulties that are holding them back. Through a journey of self-discovery and healing, individuals can uncover their unique strengths and experiences, set important goals, and develop personalized treatment plans to help them reach their full potential. My ultimate goal is to empower individuals, to help them alleviate their current pain and become more aware of their feelings, patterns of behavior and relationship to themselves and others, to help them reach the goals they have set for themselves in the beginning of the treatment.

My Role as a Therapist

As a therapist, my goal is to empower individuals to overcome their difficulties and reach their full potential. I offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I use a unique blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and ancient stoic practices to help clients understand and transcend their struggles. Together, we will set important goals, develop a personalized treatment plan, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. My approach is compassionate, understanding, and patient, and I will work with you to uncover your unique strengths and experiences. With my guidance, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and develop healthy coping skills to navigate life's challenges.
